Made me feel comfortable and welcomed

I had good experience with Shivani Fotedar regarding my first counselling session with her. I was quite emotional during the session and she gave me some useful tips to bring the focus back to myself which was really useful to calm myself down. Very impressive!

I felt it was somewhat helpful. I can't seem to repeat the good feelings more than a day or so after. If I could turn back the clock and get into a healthy routine. Mentally And physically that would be vantastic Tom Killoh 604 358 4930 Thanks
