I have really been enjoying my sessions with Ainsley. I stopped counseling for a year after experiencing a large disconnect with my last counselor and feeling overwhelmed at the prospect of starting all over again. Ainsley has really eased me into this process and has created a really wonderful safe space for me. I actually look forward to our appointments and have felt very supported by her!
