I’m finding it helpful to discuss certain issues and topics that I tend to keep towards myself or have no one else to really talk to about it, and it for sure lifts some weight of my chest each session. Though I believe I still need to speak on a whole lot more things eventually since there’s only so much to talk about each session. But I really like Devanshi, she is kind and gentle and makes me feel open and have a warm safe space to talk about things, and I look forward to slowly but surely discussing more and more as I build the relationship and connection with my therapy.
