In my experience, Ofir Vaisman is unusually quick to suggest unique and actionable steps towards issues. He doesn't offer off-the-shelf advice like "just meditate" or "just be mindful." These can be useful skills, but when seeking out a therapist, often one is looking for something a little more bespoke. He's been great for friends of mine as well in couples therapy. They have been able to make changes that weren't possible with previous providers. Would recommend.
