After 5 sessions with Nazanin, I gained some emotional insight towards myself. Nazanin is understanding, non-judgwmental, and open to share her own experience , which make it easy for me to speak my truths. the dark cloud is gone for now , and I am grateful for the support that you have given me :-)

I am grateful to have found No Fear Counselling and my Counsellor, Rejoe. Rejeo has been more than patient and insightful in helping me understand myself and make sense of my past life events. It's an on going journey for me, and I know I have taken the right steps by taking myself to counselling.

Avnika has been a calming voice. I don't have much experience with counseling, but I do feel comfortable talking with her. I find it helpful when she engages in the conversation, which helps me to open up more.

I was nervous to see a new Counsellor, but Curtis was very warm and welcoming! I was referred to him by a friend and I’m so very glad that I looked into it. I’m a Residential School Survivor and he understands the impact that it has had on my life! I look forward to resolving and coping with all my fears. This new prospective is promising for sure! I am really grateful to have counselling at an affordable cost. The system is very well organized and I am always given lots of notice and reminder for my appointments. My therapist Sarah is easy to contact, and helping me make REAL progress with the issues I came to see her about! Thank you guys, very appreciative of the service you provide :)

My experience with one of No Fear's Counselors has been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend No Fear to family and friends. (And have already.) The insight I've gained regarding a difficult life event has really helped me. I will be glad to know when the No Fear Counselor I've been seeing is available again. (Ryan S.)
