Afsah goes above and beyond as a counsellor. She is very understanding and adapts to one's needs.

I love it because there are no loud doors that open and close loudly every second in or near the waiting room at night it is very peaceful.

Alishia has been very easy to talk to and is very empathetic to my issue, she seems very interested in my unusual problem. I was able to open to her very easily.

Counselling helped me quite a bit by allowing me to recognize which worries are healthy and not. I do have a suggestion and that is, perhaps prescribing strategies on how to cope with worrying and anxiety in general. Other than that, the counselling sessions were very helpful overall.

I like working with my counsellor. She is very pleasant & helpful! Great guidance!
