I thought that Alyssa was very sweet and was very understanding listening to me talk about the problems that I have been facing. It was really great to have someone to talk to when I felt like I had no one else to talk to or rely on. I am still in the process of getting better in terms of my mental health but Alyssa definitely did help out with that a lot

I found the counselling very good and helpful. The payment part was very confusing and unorganized. I was given inaccurate information on the amount to pay and where to send the money.

I am really lucky that I get the chance to work with Bettina on my PTSD after an car accident that made me constantly feel anxious, have flashbacks, and worry about being safe. She is kind, warm, and like a friend talking to me. But that doesn't mean she didn't perform professional expertise during the process. In fact, my feeling is that she combines psychological counseling with casual talking in a way so seamlessly that was beneficial to me the most. Bettina helped me a lot finding out what was happening with my mind. She offered me a bunch of advices that I could tell the difference after I followed. I still remember that I got better and better each time after our appointments. I have already finished my sessions and I can't be more grateful for everything Bettina has done to help me.
