I mentioned in an earlier feedback request, the email reminders of your appointment are in EST so it makes it confusing to know when you booked the appointment. I would encourage the company to change that immediately. I live in BC. My appointment is from 10am to 11am. The email reminder says 1pm to 2pm. The location had pay parking so it made it expensive. Perhaps they can offer clients a pass for free parking.

Although I feel overall I didn't fully click with my therapist, he helped me by showing me the right way and what I was looking/wasn't looking for in a therapist. Thanks a bunch!

From the person helping me on the phone with finding a counselor close to where I live to my sessions with my counselor, my experience has been very helpful. I have found a safe and comfortable place to talk, in this long journey of recovery. They charge ICBC directly so you don t have to suffer from additional prepaid expenses. I'm grateful to have found Roja, she is very caring.

Chris is extremely kind and patient. Deeply empathetic, Without judgement, Chris gives me enough space to vent my feelings in detail. When I do well, he's visibly happy and excited for me. He's helped me through a lot.

Alex sangha has been very supportive and helpful. He is very professional. I have benefited from his counsel, and would recommend him to others.
