I would rate the counselling itself very highly. I greatly enjoyed my experience and saw great potential for growth and healing. The counselor offered deep insight, empathy and helpful tools. I would certainly come back. Unfortunately No Fear set up did not support my preferred payment method which would be by Health Solutions Visa provided by our extended health. I typically pay with the Visa at dental office and other services covered. I ended up paying with a different method and when submitted the claim to insurance it was declined. Please let me know if you have an opportunity in the future to set up for your clients to pay with Extended health Visa cards. I hope to return in the future, Warm wishes, Masha

I have seen a few therapists through out my life and since my car accidents. I have found them to not be very helpful accept as a place to vent for over $100 an hour. Since working with Lima since September I have virtually become anxiety free for the first time in my whole life. I have been able to actually understand and work through my problems as apposed to venting my exhaustion. I have been given tools and tricks to help me work through the issues I've had for years and I honestly would recommend anyone and everyone I know to No Fear Counselling. A small side note that really bothers me is your branding and website are somewhat lacking. I am biased as I am a graphic designer who does a lot of branding and web design work but to be quite frank, I would have never booked myself in with you if my lawyer had not referred me and set up my first appointment. Unfortunately humans are drawn to beautiful things and not having a powerful design can strongly work against you. This obviously is a small note in you highly successful business and I adore how you've set up your system. I really like that accident victims have the opportunity to get the help they need even when they can't afford it, and I also was very intrigued by your low cost services as I know someone who is in deep need of that at the moment and will be referring them to you. I understand based on how therapists work that they cannot have a working relationship with their clients, but I have done a counselling firms branding and website before and it have proven to be quite successful. If they day may come where I would have the opportunity to rebrand you and help polish off your site I would be thrilled. Never the less, regardless of my passion for design and wanting to help better your business, I am so pleased with No Fear Counselling, and Lima. This has been on elf the best things to have ever happened to me and I never thought I would be this mentally strong, healthy and genuinely happy. Thank you for doing what you do, you've definitely saved my life and I can imagine many others. If I could rate 6 stars I would.
