While I am still pretty much on assessment stage, I feel that No Fear Counselling is definitely helping me to get back to my normal functions the way I was before my accidents. I am always looking forward to my future appointments to get the help I need to eliminate all the fears and pains caused by my 2 consecutive car accidents.

The counsellor I was assigned was not very good with building rapport, so it was a really awkward experience. I do appreciate the service of you guys providing counselling for accident trauma hence the high rating, but really did not like the counsellor I was assigned. She also did not respond to my text messages when I informed her that I will be missing an appt due to being sick and did not follow up to book a next appt. I likely will consider calling you guys to book with a different counselor once ready. Thank you!
