I love it because there are no loud doors that open and close loudly every second in or near the waiting room at night it is very peaceful.

I like how comfortable I am made to feel about talking about my fears and issues Marcy is a trust worth person with a many coping ideas to deal with the issues I share with her.

Alishia has been very easy to talk to and is very empathetic to my issue, she seems very interested in my unusual problem. I was able to open to her very easily.

Counselling helped me quite a bit by allowing me to recognize which worries are healthy and not. I do have a suggestion and that is, perhaps prescribing strategies on how to cope with worrying and anxiety in general. Other than that, the counselling sessions were very helpful overall.
