This is the first time I have sought counselling so I don't have anything to compare my experience with. So far, I have been happy with the process.

The person calling me to book my first appointment was great at explaining everything and so understanding/empathetic about money. I am seeing a student counsellor at a discounted rate and I am so grateful that this is a service that is offered. Highly recommend No Fear Counselling!

I haven't been seeing my counsellor for very long, but have already felt the benefits of talking with her. I truly believe that everyone needs/deserves someone objective to talk to about anything and everything; someone who will listen, not tell you what to do, but help you get to where you want to be as a team.
