Lucinda is awesome. She is respectful, caring and a great listener. She is able to quickly identify with my needs, while helping me though a journey of self exploration. Her ability to remain non judgmental and neutral when connecting with me on my level is amazing and she has a diverse way of thinking that helps to bring new ideas mixed with effective and practical healing techniques that are best suited to my needs and lifestyle. She is open, honest, respectful and considerate. I feel very fortunate to have found someone I can connect with that can help to guide me through these difficult times. I look forward to our future meetings to see how far I can go towards bettering myself! my 1st time with a councilor in office. Felt relaxed telling of a car which ran over my foot when I was crossing road on a go light, which through me to the payment. 2nd , 3rd, and 4th time visit by phone. It worked well (l/2 hr) each time. He was soft spoken & suggested Breathing & Sleep exercise before bedtime. also about puzzles etc to take mind off the accident. It all was a comfort to me.

Good therapists but more question based sessions would be nice. Some of us don't know where to start
