I really appreciate how “easy and smooth” the experience was of finding a councillor. I wanted to switch councillors and that was also super easy and I was even asked what kind of things I was looking for specifics and honestly my councillor is really amazing.

To have someone just listen and hear what I'm saying is what I need, not always needed to solve issues, just listen.
