professional counseling service, I would recommend

I've only had a couple sessions but so far I'm thoroughly enjoying therapy with Lindsay. I feel very comfortable talking to her and she's helped me immensely already

I'm happy with counsellor I'm with. I like the easy technology reminders and calendar reminders.

I felt very seen and heard by my therapist Suzanne. I wasn't very happy with the online zoom meeting. I just don't think it's really a very sustainable way to experience therapy. In person sessions are magical. It makes a world of a difference being able to meet her in person & socially distance so we can be free of masks and therfor be much more self expressed. I appreciate how the space was also warm and had a very, very cozy aesthetic to it. Also Liam the coordinator feels very approachable and he made it very easy for me to want to make an appointment. Sometimes that's the hardest part of getting yourself in to therapy. Overall I feel very cared for by the No Fear team.

Wonderful organization and counsellors

I want to give all the credits to Afsah Ahmad. I have been going through counselling sessions with her since the mid 2019. She is always a perfect listener, a awesome personal life instructor, and a professional helper. I have gone through a lot of big moments in the past two years, and I have to say, without her, my life could have been worse. Thanks to her professional sessions, I am getting stronger and more positive.
