I appreciate being able to book a counsellor as quickly as I did and with someone who is a good listener, compassionate and is good at helping me move forward. We were able to meet in person for the first two apts. and then switch over to online which is much more convenient. Thank you for your service.

Found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The whole intake process was easy and very fast which is surprising considering that there have been times I had to wait a long time just to be able to get in to see someone. I am very happy with the counsellor that was suggested for me and definitely recommend this company to others!

I'm currently seeing Mona and she's great. Gave me good exercises to do when I feel stressed out or when my anxiety gets bad. Mona is also easy to talk to. My sessions with her are very worthwhile, I leave her office feeling lighter and happier.
