I have found that my counsellor is so knowledgeable, friendly, and a very nice person which made me feel too confidence to share my personal issues to her. Much appreciated to have her as my counsellor.

I took my sessions with Gurjit, she is really good in what she does. helped me manage my stress and anxiety and at the same time taught me how to help myself heal faster and without stressing about it, I still practice those meditations everyday.
