Empathetic and experienced counselors at affordable prices.

It's still early days. We have only had 3 sessions so far. Our main concern currently is that our therapist is not always available to us especially when we feel we are in a crisis situation. She does respond and is helpful with emails but we really feel we need sessions at these crucial times. Our last session was cancelled and so that caused another delay. But, we really like the No Fear counselling group in general and appreciate that we can have sessions that are cost effective at this very financially and emotionally challenging time in our lives.

Everything about NFC is really well run. They have a great suite of counselors with a wide variety of backgrounds. This would be overwhelming, but Ofir's onboarding did a really great job of whittling the number down to 2-3. I then read up on those people, and made a choice. The counselor I've been speaking with is wonderful, understanding, communicative and professional. The only thing that hasn't been perfect is the invoicing process. I haven't been getting consistent and on-time invoices, so I'm not 100% that I'm up-to-date paid. Pretty sure, but not as sure as I'd like.
