I really enjoy each session with my therapist Seshka Hartz. She is kind, intuitive and provides really good insight and advice on what I have been going through in my life right now. I would highly recommend her as each session is designed to go over what I would like to talk about and is very constructive and informative. She also provides a good balance between active listening and feedback as well as a safe space to be listened to free of judgment. Thank you Seshka :)
