My sessions with Alejandra were amazing, this was my first time doing therapy and she made the room so comfortable and safe, I felt like I could fully trust her and be vulnerable without hesitation. I hope to book with her again once she has more availability :)

She listened to my words very compassionately and offered useful solutions for my problems and introduced books to help me ,calm down and free me from negative emotions and suggested constructive solutions for my independence and enjoyment of life. gave It helped me to plan for my future and continue living purposefully and taught me how to strive for what I want. It is a good tool to help students on their transition

Very good, but five treatments sessions are not enough because the person who needs counselling will face mental problems again after the end of the fifth session.
