I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment

The counselling sessions just started for me. So far it's been good my first session I was a bit uncomfortable as the lighting in the room was giving me a head ache due to concussion as a result of a motor vehicle accident certain lights tend to set off head aches but our next session was via Skype and I was able to not only not have to stress out in traffic getting to the appointment I was able to relax in my environment. My counsellor is very help full and is a great ear when I got no one else

Compasssoonte And has a youthful and relatable view. Listens well and gives feedback.

My councilor Afsah is really very knowledgeable and she is very helpful too.

Ershad has helped through some difficult times, helping me understand the root causes of my erratic and irrational behaviour after the accident. Due to work and sometimes sickness and exhaustion I had to unfortunately cancel a few times. Sorry for that Ershad. I always feel better, more positive and energized after our sessions. I will continue.
