My experience with No Fear has exceeded all of my expectations. I contacted No Fear at a very difficult time in my life because I needed to speak to a counsellor after experiencing a traumatic event. Ofir made the intake process incredibly easy for me and I was given compassionate help to find a counsellor who would be a good fit for me. No Fear have gone above and beyond to help me and I appreciate getting text and email reminders before each session. My counsellor, Ernest Chen, is amazing and I am so grateful for all of the help he has given to me. Looking back at my mental health during my first session, I can see how much progress I have made towards my recovery; Ernest has helped bring me back to life! Thank you so much for everything that you continue to do for me.

Andrea has been such a huge help in my life. I've seen counselors before but her expertise surpass ones that I've met. She has a way with me where verbally and emotionally I feel connected and safe which makes it easier to trust her with my fears and trauma. I don't feel judged but I feel the need and motivation to better myself. She inspires me to want to do that for myself. I'm still dealing with struggles as new ones arise with time and exposure but I've come a long way and trust to go further with her help.
