Polly has been really helpful to me. I’ve asked her to be honest with me and she has so I have a more realistic picture of what to do and balance myself. I’ve been able to make some better decisions because of that and am in a better place within just a few sessions.

Rebecca was pretty helpful in highlighting some of the tips and techniques that we could go through - and the book that I've been reading that she recommended was helpful as well. Sometimes it doesn't quite feel that way, but I think since I'm learning something new, it helps.

I appreciated the initial interview which helped narrow down a suitable counsellor for me. The process was streamlined and and relatively easy and I now have a counsellor who I feel comfortable and safe with.

My counselling with Rene is going very well. I get the impression that she cares very much about what she does and we have an excellent repoire. So far she has helped me to elucidate my values and navigate a few tricky situations. Also, the pricing is very reasonable, which makes me feel like I can sustain this mode of therapy.
