My therapist Esther is very nice. I enjoyed my sessions with her and she is beginning to help me understand my anxiety. She gave to some good strategies to try and cope. I would recommend her.

I wasn't sure what to expect really and was a bit nervous. Sahiba has been great at helping me with self-discovery and how to recognize why things happen. I'm so glad I found NFC and wish I had done it sooner.

Our sessions with Curtis could not be more on point. He is patient, attentive, empathetic, open minded. He offers simple practical solutions. He helps couples hear each other and he hears things no one else does and translates it to the group. His sessions are extremely helpful to those in my household who are using him.

She was amazing , just found out my plan does not cover counselling so cannot afford any my sessions unfortunately

My experience with No Fear Counselling was great. I thought my counselor, Rebecca Chan, was excellent. She asked relevant questions and made me feel comfortable to speak about anything that was on my mind. I'm looking forward to booking the next session with her.
