Benah is a rockstar. She helped me find confidence in my dog training, provided me with tips and skills, and showed me and my pup grace and compassion. I had a wonderful session with her and will be booking another!

We recently discovered Summit Dog Training after whelping a litter of puppies bred for temperament and raised intentionally in a way to support proper socialization during the critical first twelve weeks. We have attended classes with our pups before they have been ready to go their forever homes and have been impressed by their desire to meet the puppies where they are socially/behaviorally, as well as meet the various handlers where they are in regard to confidence/experience and set everyone up for the best experience in class—puppies and handlers. This is no small task, as the variables change class to class with rapid puppy development. They ask for honest feedback because they really want the experience to be a good fit for expectations, and if for some reason that doesn’t happen, I have seen them be willing to take the initiative to be creative and find another suggestion for an avenue to success. We look forward to working with them for years to come.

I have taken 3 separate courses with Summit. My favorite has been the CGC Class with ANGELA (she is amazing and really gets to KNOW and read your dog). She took notes on your goals and each step of progression. My other 2 courses were pretty good, but felt a little less connected. Definitely read about the instructors and classes to find your best fit :)

We love Summit and have for many years. Amber helped us with Rally with our last Golden. We got a very challenging Golden puppy a few months back and Sarah, Shay and Meredith were very helpful in training and giving us strategies to deal with the sweet, but stubborn Golden. Great place, wonderful people.

Juniper LOVED puppy play school! It was a very positive and productive time for her and I’m really grateful for the opportunity. The instructors were very helpful and attentive to each dogs needs and providing helpful feedback. We will be back :)

Saturday was our first puppy play school, and our pup (River) had a great time! The facility was clean and set up safely for our young puppy. The trainers were friendly and informative. River loved the short training exercises at the beginning. During playtime, we were paired with a puppy similar in size and temperament. Both pups were a bit shy, but it was a very positive experience.

Great first meeting. Sarah had a very calming effect on our wild puppy! Our last experience with a new puppy was 10 ears ago and it has been quite eye opening to realize how much you forgot and how you can't run that fast to catch him anymore!!! Looking forward to our next lesson.

This is even before training has started for my 2 - 6 mo. old Shih Tzu. I have tried to work with 2 other trainers and the customer service and lack of information is less to be desired. I wanted my puppies to be in training months ago but I couldn't get anyone to get back to me, phone tag, no return texts. I'm so glad I had a small human puppy class with Angela (from Summit Dog Training) at Aims College -------- she was very knowledgeable and it wasn't a sales pitch but she was there to teach us something. She gave me confident to look into Summit Dog Training (even though I knew it was going to be a drive to Ft. Collins from Greeley). I (we) are NOW all signed up now for training. Communication from our future trainer has been amazing. Communication with the admin. office has been great and easy. Let's NOT forget to mention the information that I already have received to get me (us) started-gear needed, what to expect, training videos of what is coming. I'm coming from Greeley and even though there is a little drive involved, we are very excited to begin. If it's this great so far it can only get better. I'm sure I'll be giving out another great review a the end of the course.
