Puppy Play school is awesome. My puppy loves to go. Maddie is great. My vet recommended these guys and I'm so glad we signed up.

We just moved across the country and had sought out a good training place before we left to come here. Summit kept coming up as one of the premiere dog training facilities in Fort Collins. My conversations with Nick Sanville, prior to us leaving our state, quickly got us connected with the best individual trainer for the issues our young dog was facing after experiencing an injury and having chronic health issues we were working out. Based on the extensive intake form, he set us up with Amy Creaven as a private trainer to work on Separation Anxiety and Cooperative Care since he had/would have a lot of veterinary appointments--that left him a little weary of certain types of touch and procedures. She is fantastic--attentive to not only the dynamics and special issues of Remi but also to our whole family dynamics and stress we had over the 6 months of living on the road. We also had a trial with Adventure Camp with Shay Cline and Abbey Annis. Unfortunately, his separation anxiety and his reaction to new medications resulted in an honest appraisal that he was not appropriate at the time for this training format. I appreciated that they were considering what was best for Remi (and the other campers) when they recommended that he wait until his medical issues and transitional issues were worked out more rather than persisting trying to make him fit in a situation that created greater stress for him. Kudos for all the staff/trainers we worked with at Summit. We will be taking more classes and having private lessons with Amy in the new year.

We are bringing our pup here for playschool to help him get socialized, and it's been a great experience! I have been to multiple training classes with other dogs over the years and can say that this was by far the most professional. Don't waste time on Petco or Petsmart training, go to a real facility. Everything from the set up of their training room to quality of how the trainers interact with you and your dogs is far better!

Great teachers. Clear directions with great support. Very professional. I will continue to take classes there despite the distance.

Shay is awesome! We started private lessons with them and our two dogs 6 weeks ago and could not recommend them enough. Shay took complicated subjects and broke them down into simple and highly repeatable drills that our dogs are receptive to. That speaks to their skill as a trainer. There was not a single time during training that I thought "man, I saw this on Youtube. Why am I here?" So if you're on the fence, I suggest you give Summit a try. We will absolutely be coming back for group classes, especially ones that benefit our dogs and their unique personalities.

We worked with Sarah Stiles and had an amazing experience. Our anxious dog is so much more confident and we have the tools to be able to help him with introductions to new people. I will definitely continuing using the support as needed and highly recommend Summit Dog Training. All of the aspects of getting started, being paired with a trainer, and communication were so smooth. I found the cost to be fair and well matched to their expertise!
