Summit is amazing! They have helped Lotus and I so much on his journey for the past 9 months of having him. Lotus is a service dog from an organization but he was trained using a prong and e-collar. With the help of many Summit trainers, we have worked through Lotus’ reactivity and trying to untangle the trauma he experienced from the way he was trained. We still have a long road ahead before he is a “service dog” but I appreciate all the help and support Summit has given us

We had such a great experience with our 9 month old pup at Summit and are so, so grateful for Justine and Maddie. About 5 minutes in to Day 1 of Smells Like Teen Spirit our pup was too anxious and barky to stay in the classroom so we had to go outside. We thought we might not get to participate for the rest of the course, but Maddie and Justine helped us more than we could have expected. From that moment until the last class they accommodated our pup so she could participate and eventually build up to being in the class and learning with everyone else. Our experience could have been a very difficult one, but they made it the most positive experience every day. Major kudos and huge shout out to them! Our other dog is already taking his second class at Summit, and both of our dogs will be going here for future classes. Summit fans for life. 🙌

We are the borderline insane people that decided to get a puppy knowing that we would be having a baby seven months later. We initially enrolled Fig into the puppy play school at Summit with the intention of giving her some socialization opportunities and learning different approaches to training so we could be set up for success when the baby comes. We have raised several other puppies but this was our first time using a professional. We were so impressed with puppy play school and the individualized approach that all of the trainers take despite being in a group class. Since then, our puppy has taken the teen spirit and been going to Adventure Camp once a week. We will be taking several other classes in the future. Justine, Amber, Shay, and everyone else have been SO welcoming and supportive during all of these classes. When a dog is having trouble in class, they meet the dog where they are at and individualize things so that they are successful. We have been able to navigate Fig's puppy and adolescent stages with significantly less frustration and tears compared to any other puppy we have raised, and I credit that to the tools and approach that Summit has given us. My anxiety around the transition to having a baby around has also basically disappeared because we have resources for any challenges that appear. You guys are the best!

I have a reactive adolescent dog. We took the Teen Spirit class. He couldn't attend all of the classes because of his high anxiety level. The instructors took the time to work one on one with us outside of the class room while class was in session. They were very supportive and patient. They answered all my email questions promptly. Thank you Amber, Justine, and Hannah.

I only have amazing things to say about Summit Dog Training! My husband and I started taking Elly to puppy classes, and the small group format has been really wonderful in allowing Elly to socialize and grow into her confidence! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about helping dogs and their people succeed. Sophie, our senior corg, has also been loving the rally classes! It's been the perfect mix of mental stimulation and fun for her as a senior girl. It's been so rewarding to not only connect more with her, but also to see her light up when she learns something new. Summit Dog Training has been a game changer for our little corgi crew—we can’t recommend them enough!

I took my adolescent dog to the "Smells Like Teen Spirit" class with Angela and Hannah. He absolutely loved the class, was very responsive to the training and has already showed significant improvement in learning to regulate his emotions and being more attentive in a distracted setting. It was a 30 minute drive for us to get to Summit but it was totally worth it. I cannot recommend them enough.
