I have found my experience with Evan to have been a refreshing one. He does not offer quick fixes that don't work. He is honest about what he can help with and what he cannot. I have found him to be incredibly kind and compassionate even when it's not exactly what I want to hear. We have worked on stomach issues, adrenals, overall diet. My stress issue is a longer term solution because of all the change in my life. But if you are looking for other items like weight loss. I lost 20 lbs just diet.
