Since 2020, I have been focused on learning everything there is to know about nourishment and herbal medicine. Because of this I always avoided testing trying to figure it out all alone which has had its pros, but the cons were chasing mystery symptoms and not getting steady relief. Since following Evan’s protocol I have felt the most steady relief to my rashes, acne, fatigue, and hormone balance. Mast cell activity is so much calmer, I am able to drink bone broth and have fermented foods again with no flushing or itching.
