After the birth of my son in 2014 I found myself dragging. I was eating properly but just felt off. Like most mom's I blamed it on motherhood. I have found my experience with Evan to have been a refreshing one. He does not offer quick fixes that don't work. He is honest about what he can help with and what he cannot. I have found him to be incredibly kind and compassionate even when it's not exactly what I want to hear. We have worked on stomach issues, adrenals, overall diet.
