Mia is good

I like Gurjits approach with counselling. She listens to me and gives good feedback and if I say something isn't working for me she gives me alternatives. So far my sessions with her are going well.

Colleen is excellent. She’s extremely personable, genuine, and kind. I’ve only had 2 sessions with her but I’m excited to continue my journey of therapy with her.

She’s super kind, I’ve only had 1 session with her but she seems like a great councillor. Great experience

Everything so far has been good. However, she did postpone an appointment because she was not prepared and by the time we connected after further confusion of calls not going through, there wasn’t enough time for a session.

In our sessions Lindsay has been attentive and empathetic and creates a safe space, asks questions that allow us to go deeper and find the root of issues

Suzanne was warm, intelligent, relatable and knowledgeable. She helped me get back on track with her suggestions and links to CBD, etc. I will certainly see her again when I feel I need it.

Good morning. I am so happy that I reached out to No Fear Counselling, to help me. The phone consultation is a great introduction, and I appreciated your insight and direction provided, to get me to Heidi. I've had 3 sessions, and I think Heidi is a great counsellor for me. We have talked through my problems, and I now feel more confidence, and optimism. I'm feeling quite positive as I put into action, the things we've spoken about.
