Sarah comes prepared each session with exercises that she may find useful for your overall progress, however, she’s always ready to pivot and cater to your needs in that moment. Though I have only had a few sessions so far, Heidi, my counselor, has already helped highlight some simple but fundamental areas for significant learning and growth.
