Im not really great with words sometimes. But Kenneth helped me get grounded. And was great with direction on what I need to look at to make improvements with myself.

Lima is a rare-find in the world of therapy. She is honest and forthright. She utilizes modalities that truly effect change in a patient’s life. She truly gets it, at the nervous system and energetic level and works far beyond the thinking brain level to achieve lasting results.

In such a short time with Makayla’s support, guidance and gentleness I am finding very helpful for me to reflect where and what has been holding me back for my own well being. I have finally been able to start working on my panic attacks and truly grateful for Makalya to help me recognize that my anxiety is a really big part of what is not letting me feel free in life.

Writing on behalf of my son. He was so dead set on not going to counselling. He has met with Damian and looks forward to his next visits. No insight into the visits themselves, but he is obviously comfortable and has found a connection.

This was my first time visit counselor, and I found out Catherine Kirkness is very good listener, she approached to me and my concerns with full attention. I felt very comfortable during the session. She provided me at the end with brochures and advice how I could improve my sleeping issues. Certainly, I would recommend Catherine and I would visit her again.
