only have had 2 sessions and it was a few weeks from my first session to my second session but both sessions were good slowly starting to dive into my issues

I really felt heard! Having a space to verbally process helped me to delve a bit more into different aspects of my mental well-being that I hadn’t been able to understand yet.

Ainsley, was a big help and help me understand that we can work through anything as long as we’re putting effort into it. She will make a great counselor as we really likes her and she was very helpful. Thank you for having amazing student like her.

My counsellor Catherine K has been very supportive and understanding. Previous to Catherine I had a bad experience with a counsellor who made me feel judged, so I was reluctant to seek another. Catherine has made the transition a better experience for me. She’s very validating of my feelings, she doesn’t interrupt me while I’m speaking, she’s intently listening to what I have to say and she gives appropriate guidance or feedback.
