From the day I walk in I felt welcomed!! My couslner was amazing she had so many good point on the way to look at things was very easy to connect with even with all the things he I had going on her approach at things sure helped me I couldn't had had anyone better !! I would highly highly recommend her or prob anyone there !

I am a cutter and I have been self harming since age 6 and the counselor asked me if I have ever tried ice cubes and I thought wow that's the most intelligent and helpful Suggestion That any doctor has ever said to me it was refreshing to hear something useful I'm blown away. I feel that I am being treated with respect and in my past the vast majority counselors that I have seen have formed an opinion about cutting and think they know all about me because they went to school I've been doing this for 28 years and it's not so black and white and for the first time in my life I feel like that knowledge either came from a cutter or from a mind that really listened to us and really understood what myself and others like me are trying to achieve when we self harm. I began counselling here with Ofir 3 months ago. Before attending I was lacking self confidence because i was second guessing my decisions. Ofir has aloud me the space I have needed to vent and provided helpful feedback and suggestions with out judging the choices I make. I also feel very heard. When I share, he will take the time to give me a summary of what i just babbled about ( not sure if it is making sense or coming out right ) and he nails it every time. I had been in previous counselling for 3 years, had numerous boyfriends and they have never made me feel so understood. Think about it... you don't have anyone defending themselves or trying to turn something around on you. Its a place to get clarity and start making some real change.
