Ok, but the councilor was too quick to give advice. (of which I've already heard.) Needs to take more time, check to see if certain avenues have already been tried.

At first I thought this was a waist of time but I was wrong and it helpe me get through one of my darkest times. It's not for everyone, but I highly recommend trying it out.
