Helped me out alot more than I thought.

The counselling was a very positive experience. I was having a lot of difficulty driving after the accident. I lacked confidence, and had very difficult strenuous times determining delay times, and pulling out into traffic was a terrifying.. Was extremely stressful and I did not want to drive my car as a result. My confidence has improved greatly. I still experience discomfort at times but there is a an improvement. My counsellor was excellent, very supportive, patient, and understanding. Thank you for the help I received. Sue Acheson

Patrick conducts himself in a very professional manner. I came into his office last week not feeling great and by the time we were done I was in a better frame of mind, even though I was still suffering from a terrible headache and earache from my motor vehicle accident. I look forward to my sessions with Patrick as he opens my mind to different avenues of dealing with my anxiety if being in a motor vehicle as I am paranoid of being hit from behind again. I am starting to drive more and more however still sticking to the back roads Regards Kevin

Maggie is a great counselor that I would recommend to anyone who's looking for some guidance and support.

Karyna is compassionate. One of the most important features in a physcologist. Techniques used were somewhat useful. Talking really helped.
