The office is very calming and welcoming. Everyone who works there is very kind. The flexibility with scheduling is phenomenal.

My counselor has been very kind, understanding, supportive, respectful and encouraging - everything I would hope to find in a counselor.

My councellor Patrick has been amazing and has really helped me get to where I am now. Would strongly recommend him to anyone I know seeking councelling.

I felt my counsellor was really listening to what I was trying to convey and directed our conversations with sensitivity. She gave me feedback and suggestions for issues I needed to reflect upon.
