At first I wasn't please with the approach on my first visit. Then I went pretty mad, but I gave it thought as to what he was saying. I did get something from that session. and I continued to leave with something from the sessions, its not want you are hoping to hear, but if you hear with an open mind, you will get that moment when you say, perhaps that is why I do this or that, then you continue to come back. I am a difficult person at times, Its really difficult to change, but he has and is continuing to work with me that change does happen without you knowing that you have changed

We had a good introductory appointment with Ofir. We were a little disappointed with being left in a waiting room as the office door was locked (Oakmont Medical Centre) and nobody came to get us so our appointment started late. Ofir had a nice manner with us and we would still be coming together to see him if one of us didn't have to relocate away from Vancouver. He was knowledgeable and made us comfortable.
