I would like to start coming to see me Councellor again..how ever my appointment was double booked a couple of times and those times I really needed to see her.So it kinda upset me and threw me off course. Anyhow like I said I would love to start my sessions up again.

I felt better after I finished my sessions. With the techniques my counselor told me, the quality of my sleep is better than before. The way my thinking has changed. I gradually feel confidence in my heart. I can control myself when I am driving. I use the techniques my counselor told me so I feel not that nervous or anxious when I am on the road. Front desk is very welcoming. Office is warm and inviting, and the counsellors are all very friendly. I've had great success and very much enjoyed my experience with no fear counselling

I'm not a person who likes to open up. How ever I feel I did gain a few good strategies in moving forward with my life. For that I am thankful
