I really like the counselors I've been working with but when I requested the front office staff to get the notes transferred from the first counselor to the next so that we could pick up where we left off it wasn't done. A very frustrating experience since we had to use a whole session going over what would have been in those notes.

Absolutely love my counsellor ershad. She's helped me in many ways and continues to do so.

I have been talking with Erica and I am so happy with how much we’ve accomplished, so quickly! She explains why and solutions. I didn’t think I would be able to feel so much more in control of my emotions and making boundaries! She explains why we breath and helping me to reprogram how I think, to avoid being in fight or flight mode. She immediately made me feel heard and I have applied many techniques in real life situations and seen some major positive changes instantly! Priceless information! I’m very happy with our paring up. This is really my first attempt at counselling in my 40s! I wish I did this earlier!

My experience at No Fear Counselling has been amazing! I've never been to counselling before and didn't really know what to expect, so I was a bit nervous going into things. Receptionists are very calm, friendly and professional. I appreciate the white noise played in the common waiting space to provide a sense of relaxation and privacy for everyone. My counsellor, Yen, is great. He has challenged me not only to be introspective and identify sources of discomfort, but has helped me to find exercises and strategies to approach them in a productive and healthy way. I actually look forward to reporting my progress and sharing about my ups and downs in a comfortable, judgement-free space. I am very thankful I found No Fear Counselling and was matched with an amazing counsellor!
