Natalie has been a great help. Helping me to understand and work through my stress and confusion. Her patience and laughter help me to relax. The sessions are so important to me.

I loved working with Lima Abedin has been my counselor for many months. She is very resourceful and knowledgeable about the human mind, body and spirit. Her advice is always precious to me, and I have been learning through the process and did change and grow as a person. Tiela has been my counselor since day one, and she has been very supportive, and an amazing ally. Her grounding methods, have helped me to reconnect with my love of meditation. She's helped empower me, and helped me to recognize that sometimes it's okay to feel upset about things sometimes, and that doesn't always have to appear perfect on the outside, when they're actually crappy on the inside. She's given me the ability to accept my feelings, and be okay with them, but also to recognize as well, when to reel them in, and keep my emotions in check, and not let my feelings run rampant, and take control over me, or my mindset. That I am the one who's in control, and only I can control how I deal with, and respond to any given situation. I'm so happy, and glad, that I have Tiela in my corner, coaching me, and educating me, by giving me the tools, to deal with everyday situations, in my day to day life. I'm beyond grateful.
