From the start it feels like a safe space, they listen to your needs, match you with a counselor. Everyone is so helpful, and when you are going through a tough time in your life, getting help so easily really is key. my Counselor was so great, I highly recommend them and this process for your mental health and to feel empowered to take on the future.
