I like her very much she is definitely empowered in herself and knows who she is which helps me with taking charge of my self care. I will recommend her. My experience with No Fear Counselling has so far been very rewarding. My counsellor, Hayley Booker, has been incredibly supportive and effective in helping me better understand and manage my mental health.

I avoided therapy for so long because I thought I could do it by myself. Vanessa may be a student, but she has made things click in my head that I never thought possible. I know I have a long way to go, but I am actually looking forward to getting to the end because I know I will be in a better place.
