Rebecca was pretty helpful in highlighting some of the tips and techniques that we could go through - and the book that I've been reading that she recommended was helpful as well. Sometimes it doesn't quite feel that way, but I think since I'm learning something new, it helps.

I appreciated the initial interview which helped narrow down a suitable counsellor for me. The process was streamlined and and relatively easy and I now have a counsellor who I feel comfortable and safe with.
