10/10 recommend. The coordinator helps you choose a therapist that will be a good fit, and it’s a really comfortable process. And my therapist is really great!

Misha is a very caring, thoughtful and intuitive councillor. She listened carefully, and even did her own research to better understand the rare, chronic, debilitating Sleep Disorder Narcolepsy/w Cataplexy. I have felt more heard, cared for and about, in 6 sessions with Misha, than the two years spent with a therapist, who’s Ego was so fragile, sometimes it felt like I was counselling him! He outright refused to hear my story, then judged and criticized me, when I disagreed with his opinions or challenged his assumptions. Misha is the very opposite of that and I appreciate her the more for it. I intend to continue sessions with Misha, because there is so much more I want to explorer and understand, regarding the underlying impact, N1 has had on my physical, emotional, & psychological health. I’m confident Misha can also guide me through.
