Shalet is a fantastic counselor. She is calm, collected and makes sure both of our voices are heard. I only speak praises of Shalet when I speak of therapy and she has been the best therapist I have ever interacted with

Lima is a phenomenal therapist and is a fantastic listener who is professional, empathetic, knowledgeable and warm. She has helped me to dig deep within my anxiety and encourages me to proactively practice healthy coping mechanism so I can work on improving my mental well being from within.
