My counsellor is awesome!!!

Very easy to make an appointment with a counsellor nearby. She was very supportive and helped my partner start to overcome his anxiety and open up to getting help.

I cant thank Patrick enough. So many roadblocks I had created in my life are now clear, thanks again.

Very happy with Patrick B as my therapist. Been a massive improvement in my day to day week to week self help. Will continue to see Patrick until I feel good enough to not need counselling.

I am very glad to have found No Fear.
