I had an amazing experience at my first consultation with Christine! She was a really great fit for me, and everyone at No Fear Counselling was extremely helpful in arranging my appointment. I am in the process of exploring whether my extended health will cover her services, and I hope I will be able to see her again as I feel she is well-equipped to help me with my mental health wellness :)

I was initially corresponding with Ofir to schedule my first appointment. He was very helpful and assisted me to find a counsellor that worked with my situation and schedule. I was then scheduled with Curtis who I had my first assessment with last month. Curtis was very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable speaking to him. I would recommend No Fear Counselling.

I had a great experience with my counsellor. He took my appointment at the last minute and helped me work through a lot of issues that I was facing.

I have been in a car accident and, due to anxiety and frustration related to it, felt that I needed psychological help. The staff were prompt in contacting me and assigning a psychologist, mentioning that, if, he is not a good fit, they would do their best to find somebody who will help me better. Following an initial session, I did request a change and have been more than happy with the new counselor. She has been helping me sort out the difficulties that have arisen and I am planning to continue using her services until I am finally well.
