It has been awseome, my consellor is very respectfuly and friendly. Felt at ease working with her. Sessions were lively and straight to the point. Approach was good and the encouragement received was phemonmenal. This gave me a positive energy to work towards my receovery.

I have recieved positive feedback and key wording/classification of thoughts and issues at meetings which has helped to arrange thoughts or issues easier.
