Very helpful. My counsellor has a kind, patient disposition which I find enables me to open up in ways I wouldn't normally allow myself to do so.

Patrick, knowing an expert is helping me to process my fear and thoughts. A professional but speaking to you like a friend with proper boundaries and also gives wonderful coping tips.
