The initial intake was very smooth and easy. My sessions with Sandon have been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend him. I was very apprehensive about starting therapy but Sandon has made it so easy and he’s been amazing.

Excellent. As a person who struggles to speak about their feelings I can say that with Jenny is very much easy to do so. She makes you feel like you're in a safe place!

Deborah is incredibly kind and easy to work with. I don't feel judgment from her and she is good at guiding the session. I feel like I have made progress with her where I've never been able to make progress with anyone before her. I look forward to working with her more.

Hannah was not the councillor I was looking for, but overall as a councillor becoming she seemed equipped to grasp a wide variety of topics. Best of luck to her.
